Requesting content

If it’s out there, ask for it.

Use your request credits to add movies and shows that aren’t in the collection yet — all through your private Discord channel. It’s quick, guided, and automated.

What one credit gets you

  • 1 movie, OR 1 full TV season (all episodes — if a show is still airing, the rest of the season fills in as it airs, and you’ll get a note once it’s complete)
  • 1 audiobook (a full title), OR 1 other video — a pay-per-view event (UFC, WWE, etc.) or similar

All requested content stays on the server for at least 3 months.

Rollover: on Premium plans, unused credits roll over month to month (up to 5 banked). Standard plans reset to their monthly amount.

How to request

Everything happens in your private Discord channel — no forms, no emails.

  • Movies & TV: just type the name of the movie or show. Alex’s bot shows you the best match and you confirm it — that’s it. (Know your way around? You can also paste a Trakt, IMDb, or TMDB link to name the exact title.)
  • Audiobooks & other videos (pay-per-view like UFC/WWE): submit the request and Alex reviews it — confirmed once it’s added, or your credit refunded if he can’t get it.

Already on the server? Every request is checked first, so you’ll be told and won’t use a credit. Browse the collection here. (opens in a new tab)

How credits work

  • When you request something, 1 credit is set aside (reserved) for it.
  • When it actually lands on the server, the credit is officially used and you get a heads-up.
  • New content drops on Fridays — request any time during the week and it’s in the next drop.
  • Not out digitally yet? (common for brand-new movies) Your credit stays reserved and you’ll get the expected release date. Changed your mind? Cancel any time to get the credit back.

The full command set

Type / in your channel to see everything as you go:

Requesting

/request

A movie or TV season: type the title (Alex’s bot finds the best match and you confirm), or paste a Trakt, IMDb, or TMDB link; for TV, pick the season(s).

/request-other

An audiobook or other video (pay-per-view like UFC/WWE). Alex reviews and confirms — or refunds your credit if he can’t get it.

Credits & membership

/credits

How many request credits you have.

/time-left

How much membership time is left.

/requests

Your requests and their status.

/cancel

Cancel a pending request and get the credit back.

/buy-credits

Buy extra credits ($2 each, never expire).

Something not working?

/report-issue

Buffering, a missing or broken title, a login problem, or anything else off — Alex will look into it and message you back.

Tip: when you type a title, double-check the match the bot shows you before confirming — a name like “The Awakening” fits 30+ movies and shows. If the wrong one gets added because the request was vague, the credit is still used.
